Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the Village of Pellston.  The planning commission meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 7 pm. at the Village Hall. The Village Hall is located at the corner of Main and Milton, one block off of US 31. The Library is in the same building.
